Prior to retiring from Covance and back to Strategic Consulting, ET served as Director for IT PMO-Project Management Office for the Covance Central Laboratory division with laboratory operations in Indianapolis USA, Geneva Switzerland, Cape Town South Africa, Australia, Singapore and China. His management responsibilities included, Project Management Methodology rollout facilitation and reviews, IT Projects portfolio oversight and management for global IT budgets utilizing Prosight ePM. He provided internal consulting for multiple start up initiatives of LIMS global assessment, analysis and design leading to multiple RFI/RFP for consultant and vendor selections. Automated startup Kit Production implementation and People soft Quoting and Billing project rescue to rollout, NSM – New Service Module. He actively mentored all the Central Lab IT PM’s and across Covance as requested. He recently chaired the assessment of the CT – Clinical Trials Infrastructure information delivery platform that results client trial data through multimedia portals and delivery systems with a selected Consulting group. He recently performed an IT assessment for Bridge Pharmaceuticals on an acquisition of a pre-clinical laboratory in Gaithersburg MD and then led the transition of all the IT platforms to their own systems in 90 days successfully completing on April 1, 2007. He currently provides Mentoring and Portfolio Management organizing for startup PMO’s, Strategic Assessments and Rescues for critical projects.
Mr. Morrison played a key role in developing and facilitating the globalization of the Covance IT Methodology STAR Method, a PMI based project methodology across all of Covance while he was with Corporate PMO. Born in Louisville Kentucky, Errol T. Morrison attended the University of Louisville and has multiple Degrees in Bachelor of Commerce, with certification in Production Management – BSC, Associates in Arts in Chemistry - AA, and Masters in Business Administration - MBA studies from the University of Louisville, College of Business Graduate School.
ET brings a wealth of IT and international experience; prior to joining Covance. He was an Industry consultant specializing in Strategic IT Consulting and Project Management. He managed a PMO for a small telephony division of CSG Systems that developed Customer Care and Billing Systems. He Held a variety of key management positions at UNISYS, Sperry, and UNIVAC. His career spanned all aspects of IT client support and infrastructure services, including Project Management exceeding 250 projects, Sales, Sales Support, Technical Implementation Management, Consultant, and Client user Group Liaison
ET is active in PMI – Project Management Institute organization and the MPA – Microsoft Project Association International and local chapters. He is a frequent contributor to industry publications on his professional expertise. He is a Certified Project Manager – CPM, with certifications in:

* ASP – Applications Solution Planning
* NSP – Network Solutions Planning
He distinguished himself as a graduate of the Sperry Principal Consultant Certification program, and the Executive Development Program. He was a principal founder and Director of the Covance Project Monagement Office. He currently resides on Hilton Head Island, SC. He is an American Red Cross Disaster Action Team, Palmetto Chapter, in addition to his consultancy.
